unicomm.cc provides Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) telephony services, including, but not limited to, inbound and outbound calling, messaging, call routing, and other related functions.

2.2 Modifications and Updates

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect or feature of the Services at any time, with or without notice to you. We will not be liable if, for any reason, all or any part of the Services are unavailable at any time.

2.3 Service Coverage

Availability of our Services may vary depending on your geographical location, local laws, and third-party network providers. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Services at all times.

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Registration

To access certain features of the Services, you must create an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, and you accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

3.2 Account Security

You agree to notify unicomm.cc immediately of any unauthorized access to or use of your account. We will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized use of your account.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. UNICOMM.CC DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

9.2 Service Interruptions

We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. You acknowledge and accept that use of the Services is at your sole risk.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, UNICOMM.CC WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUES, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS UNDER THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS PAID BY YOU TO UNICOMM.CC IN THE SIX (6) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO SUCH LIABILITY.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless unicomm.cc and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or in any way connected with:

  • Your use of the Services.
  • Your breach of these Terms.
  • Your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.
